The problem

You can't be at the agility station all day.

Everyone running agility training hits one of three walls.

For clinicians and coaches

When you step away from the agility station, it goes cold. You can't direct an athlete and treat another one at the same time.

For parents

Your athlete wants to train at home. You don't know what drills to run, how long to rest them, or how to keep the session from falling apart after two minutes.

For athletes training alone

You watched the drill on YouTube. Ten seconds later you forgot it. Now you're guessing at direction, timing, and rest.

The Agility Drill removes all three walls.

How it works

The three jobs of an Agility coach

At the agility station, a coach handles three things. The QuickBoard Agility Drill handles all three automatically.

01

Direction

Cues where the athlete moves on every rep. No memorized patterns.

So athletes react live, not to a rehearsed sequence.
02

Timing

Controls the interval between reactions so the tempo matches the goal of the session.

So the drill trains the quality you're after, every rep.
03

Work and Rest

Runs the work-to-rest ratio automatically from start to finish.

So athletes get a full, real workout with no coach counting.

Built for

Anyone running the agility station

The Agility Drill works the same way for a clinician, a coach, a parent, or an athlete training on their own.

PT

Physical Therapists

Run cognitive-motor protocols during return-to-sport progressions without standing at the station the whole time.

AT

Athletic Trainers

Set up the drill, queue the athlete, walk to your next evaluation. The app runs the session.

PC

Performance Coaches

Run your agility station on automatic while you coach other stations on the floor.

PA

Parents and Athletes

Train at home without a coach. The app calls direction, times every rep, and shows a demo video before each drill.

What's included

The free tier gives you

A limited version of the full QuickBoard app. Enough to run real sessions.

Agility Drill access The core cognitive-motor Agility Drill with full direction, timing, and work-to-rest control. So sessions start without setup time.
Pre-programmed protocols Ready-to-run agility workouts. Press start. Follow the app. So you don't design a workout and the athlete doesn't have to remember one.
Custom protocol builder Program your own drills. Set direction patterns, reaction intervals, and work-to-rest ratios. Record your own demo video in the app and attach it to the drill. So your protocols are your own, in your voice, on demand.
Demo video before every drill The demo plays before the drill starts so athletes see exactly what to do. So they perform the drill correctly from the first rep.

Common questions

Before you sign up

How does priority access work?

Access opens in signup order. The earlier you join the waitlist, the earlier you get in. We roll it out in waves so the experience holds up for every cohort.

Is this a new app?

No. It's a free tier of the existing QuickBoard app. If you already use QuickBoard, you'll recognize it.

Do I need the QuickBoard hardware to use it?

No. You only need an iPad or an iPhone. The app runs on either one.

When does access open?

We haven't set a public date yet. Waitlist members get access first, in signup order.

Can I build my own drills?

Yes. The custom protocol builder lets you program direction, timing, and work-to-rest. You can record your own demo video in the app and attach it to the drill so athletes know exactly how to perform it.

Will it always be free?

The free tier stays free. Additional drills, advanced protocols, and assessment features live in paid tiers.
